Gender Equality Scheme 2007-2010

Equality is central to all Museum of London's activities, from providing physical and intellectual access to galleries and collections to recruitment strategies and campaigns aimed at encouraging candidates of diverse gender and sexual orientation.

This Scheme outlines what the Group has already achieved and what it aims to do during the next three years with regard to gender equality in particular. Our review of pay and grading and our commitment to carry out an equal pay audit will be central to our Gender Equality Action Plan.
